Shipping and Return
Domestic orders ship within 1-2 business days and are delivered within 5-7 business days*. International orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed and can take up to 15 business days following order processing for delivery through Local Post.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
International customers are responsible for custom duties and/or brokerage fees in addition to shipping costs assessed at checkout.

*Backorder items are shipped out directly from our oversea distribution center, delivery may take an additional 15 business days.
Return & exchange
We apologize that your item didn't work out.
Returns will be accepted for items within 15 days of delivery, with the exception of final sale items. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges after the 15 day return window.
All tags must be attached; the packaging must be intact; and the product must be unused. Refunds will be processed in the original method of payment within 7 days after we receive the returned merchandise.
Please email our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org, “RETURN RMA REQUEST” in the subject line. Include your order number and reason for return, our customer service will handle your request.
